I bought two of these computers - one for my home office and one for work - based on reviews I found here and on Wire Cutter. Computers do everything they're supposed to, with one very big and annoying exception: they can't handle Zoom video calls, making them virtually useless for work. Computers keep saying they can't find speakers and microphones on Zoom calls. As a result, I can't hear my customers on most video calls - and they can't hear me. I've tried pretty much everything to fix the problem myself: software updates, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, confirming Zoom has permission to access the speakers and microphone, etc. Nothing worked. I ended up calling Lenovo because the computers are under warranty, they ran a series of tests that didn't fix the issue, and then told me my final option was to physically swap out the speaker and microphone hardware. Great, isn't it? Wrong: I have to send a computer to Houston, Texas to do this job, which means I will go 3 weeks without a computer. Very disappointed.
