My hair was soft but matted after towel drying it. use liberally? It smells great when in use, but after drying your hair, the smell goes away. But if it doesn't work, there's no point in keeping it. I'll try using it differently and see if it makes a difference. Also, one product was clearly missing from my jar so I'm not sure if it was previously used or not. Maybe it happened during transport? Who knows? Although this has never happened with any other hair mask. The seal has also been removed. I tried again and my hair was full of knots both wet and dry. It's a shame because otherwise it was great. It will be returned.
