Basically happy with the razor. I would give it 4 or 5 stars because it actually works. I think that's a good value compared to the alternatives. My concerns come in the future when you need to replace your shaving heads. There is no part number documentation for interchangeable heads. If the razor is sorted out after the shaving heads have been put on, the perceived value is greatly reduced, hence my rating of 3 stars. I emailed customer service twice (in China I think) for the part number for the shaving heads. I've received an email twice telling me how to open the shaver, but I've never answered a question for a part number or where to purchase replacement shaver heads. I would change my mind if replacement heads were available and inexpensive.
