Very Good Tray. My cats immediately got used to these new litter boxes as they used to use the old ones and came out of the litter box regularly. However, since transitioning to them, they have never gone beyond. The height is great, keeps most of the dirt inside. Don't trust anyone who talks about "untraceable garbage". It doesn't happen lol. But the amount that came out of these boxes was a little less than other boxes I've used. I would give five stars if it weren't for a small issue: the indentations at the front of the box where the tray sits make it extremely difficult for clumps of urine to get into those corners. Even the small shovel that comes with it doesn't fit in there. It would be better if it was solid plastic... In my opinion this is a design flaw. Otherwise it is a very good product. UPDATE: I'm so happy with it that I decided to order another one. I have two cats but I have found having an extra box is very helpful. However, since my first order, they are no longer available. Do you have a production problem? delivery problem? I hope it will be available again soon. Nevertheless, I can only recommend this box!
