Our puppies are X-Small in size. BUT they don't fit. Our dog's neck size is 9+ inches and chest size is 13.5 inches. The distance between the buckles on the neck is 15 inches. If the wiring harness connects directly to the o-rings, it will fit, but it will connect to the ends of long 1-1/2 inch ribbons radiating from each of the "Os". Rings that add an extra 3 inches. So they are too big, if the dogs don't keep growing, if they don't grow into the harnesses I'll have to return them.
