This store has GREAT customer service! For this reason alone I can only recommend them! Toner at a low price and excellent print quality. Finding a place to buy cheaper toner to bypass the HP system chip is great. It costs $400 to buy all 4 toner cartridges from HP! We paid less for a printer that came with cartridges! BUT nothing is perfect. We had a problem with chips falling out. I emailed a recording of my husband trying to get the chips to stay. They IMMEDIATELY sent 4 new ones and I didn't send back the defective ones! A cartridge in the new set was defective. They immediately sent another. When we were very busy and didn't get a chance to try it, they emailed us to see if everything was ok! Very caring people! What we are going to do now that we have cartridges that hold the chips in place is just hold the chips inside, break off the part that holds them and attach it to the new toners. Thank you TrueImage! Some reviews mention the printer. will not read chips and still shows low ink levels. This is not a problem. The printer has no ink level indicator. BUT there is a page counter. Each color is designed to print a specific number of pages. When the printer counts that many pages, it considers that color low or blank. NOW we need someone to figure out how to reset the page counter.😃
