This "Liner" BROKEN the second ride in the car. We have a Golden Retriever puppy; he is 13 weeks old. We bought this to make him feel more secure when he has to ride in a car (which he LOVES). He doesn't jump, he doesn't lick windows or anything like that. He sits and watches everything. In the car he's a pretty quiet guy anyway🐾 So liner. This is probably one of the most ridiculous inventions I've ever seen. That's saying a lot considering I've been raising overweight puppies for years. This is not my first experience. This lining uses plastic buckle closures. Great, fine, but you could make sure the buckles actually fit the female ends. Forcing them together should have been a huge red flag that this item is garbage, but I continued. Because I've already given my pound of meat and I really wanted it to work. The lining zips at each corner to allow your pup to get in and out. The front panel also zips up so your pup can access the front of the car (I don't know why you even need that, but ok). Maybe if you put it in the third row or something. Well, you'd better decide that your dog has that access. Because during the second trip, this neighboring lightning was split in two. Make the liner UNUSABLE. ASI didn't see it break because I was driving but imagine my surprise when my precious boy snuck his nose in the front seat! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! I was driving down the freeway trying to tame a three month old puppy! NOT what you want to do. If you've read this far, just skip this purchase. Look for an insert that actually stays together.
