Helps with dry hair
I have thyroid problems. When my medication isn't working properly, my hair becomes very dry, damaged, and brittle. There's really nothing I can do until my medication dose is adjusted. When this happens I use this mask once or twice a week. I apply it after washing my hair. I put my hair up and put a bandage around my head. I usually sleep in it or at least wear it for about an hour. Then I wash up. It really helps hide damaged areas and smooth out frizz in my hair. I also feel that it helps protect my hair from heat that I might apply to it.
