The stand is quite strong. I think the instructions are confusing the places where you use the 2 different types of mounting screws that were provided. Also, the threaded holes appear to be covered in paint, making it difficult to install the 10-32 screws. If I were to do this again, I would put the tap in the holes first. I would also prefer the square inserts used in other StarTech racks to be used to mount the equipment.
