I have always preferred instant coffee to freshly prepared. You are free to disagree, but I won't debate with coffee drinkers. They should not be compared, in my opinion, because they are different beverages. It's simple to develop a dislike for instant coffee by experimenting with a cheap (and occasionally even heavily advertised) activated charcoal taste. Try Bushido; you might change your mind.
