Plan to slowly inflate 1/2 bag no matter what you do to seal.

I plan to slowly inflate 1/2 of the bag no matter what you do to seal. I bought 2 boxes of 2 bags each, 2 work fine, 2 keep trying to seal and re-evacuate with no success, they are slow to inflate which is very bad as the other 2 work, the question is, is it the bag or the user. I'm sure it's a bag; One bag ended up ripping open after I tried to tape it to seal it better as it inflates so slowly it's such a nuisance it might work. I didn't return 2 as there was 1 in each box and I've already thrown out the amazon.com box although it seems like a better idea than bars
