I'm 5'3 and 160 lbs I wear 7/8 in jeans. I brought a large it fits okay, I should've brought a medium size for a perfect fit. I needed to put on a belt for a snug fit I hope this helps someone of my size to get the right size. I didn't return them because I wanted to wear them for a cookout the day they arrived. beautiful jeans though. I received many compliments on my jeans and they are stretchy and comfortable.
