The bag is well made, I'm brown-green in color with hints of red. The fabric is heavy. It looks good old school style. I use every day. My impressions are as follows. This is a good bag with a strap. but bad backpack. He rides low on his back. It has a bottom support pad to keep the bag upright, but that pad or bottom is where it meets the lower back. I wanted him to go higher. I have 180pds / 5' 10.5 large image size. All bags appear one inch smaller. For example, I cannot insert my hand into easy. The inner front pocket needs a flap because when you put your tablet or book in, it leans into the pocket, causing whatever you try to put in the pocket to catch it if it gets in the way.
