It's also a lot of fun once you learn how to use it! Also, don't get distracted by third-party products. I tried two different 3rd party pedals from Best Buy, both of which claimed to work on the upright bass. In the end I just gave them back. This is the only product that really works. So don't think twice, it's high quality and worth the money.
