I like that it's easy for me as an IT professional using PC-to-PC connectivity, or via my console session at client sites all over North America! It does not support Linux so please keep this in mind if you're looking into deploying across multiple platforms (Linux/Mac).

If your clients have old equipment running legacy Microsoft OSs then they will appreciate having access through their computers' browsers instead of needing expensive hardware just because some web browser doesn't meet security standards today? That would be awesome!!
