I know the following. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to wear something other than jeans as I was treated every day for 5 weeks. Comfort and convenience were essential. Being small and skinny, I had no choice but to go the "sweatpants route" and look at girls' sizes. I am 61 years old, 5ft 2in, 95lbs. The large size fits me perfectly! The length is great with a pair of sneakers, and they fit without the usual boxy look that some jogging pants have. I can do laundry, but for $5 I can still leave the house dressed up (no pajama bottoms!) and go about my business. I'm already ordering another pair in grey. If you suit my weight and height, choose large ones, you won't be disappointed.
