I only bought this because it was one of the best deals of the day. I didn't have high hopes for that. I have mild scoliosis (this product will NOT cure scoliosis) but I also tend to flex a bit. Also, I sit at the computer all day, which doesn't help at all. So it arrived and I put it on. It's like your mom right away telling you to stand up all day, except she doesn't speak and you wear them instead of being attached to them. This is a very gentle pull back, forcing you to stand up straight so you don't feel any tugging. Like electrocuting cattle, except it doesn't hurt. Of course, when you stand upright you know it's on because the straps cross in front of you, but it's not bulky or unwieldy at all. For ladies wondering exactly how this is going to work with boobs; I'm 5' 3.5', 124, wear size 0 pants/skirt, size 4 top and 34E bra. I bought the small one and it fits great between and under the girls. This purchase was a very pleasant surprise in terms of quality and the fact that it actually works. The instructions are on a postcard in the package and are step-by-step illustrations so even a chimpanzee can do it right. You can't wear it under something tight, but it goes great with a loose t-shirt. I plan to buy a second one for work.
