These white strips work great! I find that drying the teeth first helps as it can be a bit difficult to stick to the teeth if they are too wet. I had a problem with my bottom teeth, not my top ones. I found that simply rinsing my mouth wasn't enough to get rid of the residue, so I had to brush my teeth again. Not a big deal, and I didn't have to do any serious cleaning for three minutes. The results are worth any extra effort. I am very happy with the results I saw after one week. I can't wait to see my teeth in a week!
