Can I have 10 stars? It's pretty much the best I've ever bought. Why do they even make belts the old way? There were no instructions when the strap arrived, but I quickly found that I simply had to cut the extra strap to size, insert it into the buckle and snap the clip. I oversized it the first time and was able to unzip it, clip more and lower the clip back down. I'm a woman and it's normal for unisex and with my fluctuating weight it's amazing. I get dizzy every time I adjust it perfectly EVERY time.
