I'm not a gamer. I address this primarily because of the backlighting of the keys. I don't really understand why gamers need such a beautiful keyboard. I think that maybe some keys have a special purpose for gaming and are therefore a similar color. For example, on my keyboard, the ASDW keys up, down, left, right are colored differently than all other keys - purple. The number keys on the number pad are yellow, the operators are red, the number keys on the main keyboard are red, other letters are teal (? one of those light blue ones), and the function keys are light blue, home, enter, pg up, etc. are green. There are different lighting effects that I don't really understand. I like that there is an indicator for blocking capital letters, blocking numbers, as well as the Windows lock keys. Not sure what he's doing. There is a lot of play when pressing the keys. You don't have to press hard, but there's space between the keys so it looks like you're pressing more than one key at a time, but it's amazingly accurate. The body feels good. Compared to my Logitech wireless keyboard, it sits slightly higher than the tabletop. So I'm not happy with that. It makes my wrists go up - I like the keyboard to be as flat as possible. It's not particularly loud either. I expected a loud click, but not really. My other option was to get one of those membrane keyboards and I'm not a fan of them. Don't like the feeling. Fortunately, the light turns on when your computer is asleep. Otherwise I think it could brighten up a dark room. Putting a star because I can't find a mode where all buttons are highlighted in the same color. Why no human? All those weird strobing, running, and blinking effects, but there's no way to just have a solid color. This feature would make this keyboard 5* for me.
