The design of this model is such that to start the operation of the middle cutting element (let's call it scissors), you need to press hard on the razor. Otherwise, the teeth mercilessly tear the hairs. In a similar model of the Panasonic razor, there is no such problem. Scissors start working immediately when turned on. If you have sensitive skin, I do not recommend this product. I myself use it only for the formation of a beard with a trimmer.
