I ordered these for my (almost) seven year old. He's not exactly a footballer (he has poor coordination), but he still likes shorts. He uses them as sleep/everyday shorts in the summer. They fit him perfectly, he's quite tall for his age and they're a little looser in the waist like most medium shorts. He says they're very comfortable. They are very smooth, seemed too plastic at first, but became a little softer after washing and drying. They are great for working out, sleeping, wearing all day and are even great for water/sprinklers as they dry very quickly. The blue color is so amazingly bright that I can see it from afar. We are fans of these shorts!
