I gave my wife a year ago for her birthday, she likes it, there are no complaints. Not every day, of course, but not once a month. Got pros: 1) Nice appearance 2) 4 working modes 3) Lightweight device, fits well in the hand 4) Reliable 5) Bag included and hairpins 6) High power, heat up quickly, cool down quickly With its cons. 1) Small size, working with long hair is difficult (but for us, and for many other people, this does not matter) 2) It is difficult to change from corrugation to iron, it is very tight 3) The case bag is ugly, not the best to the touch and VERY easily soiled 4) There is really no instruction in the kit.
