This thermometer arrived quickly; and was properly packaged. The thermometer cooks candy easier than the last time I made candy. It's been years since I made molasses candies but when I needed to make these candies for a friend I bought this spatula thermometer hoping it would make the job easier. Throughout the process I used my old thermometer to verify the accuracy of this spatula. The spatula was correct every time I checked and I found the spatula easier to use. Cooking chocolates requires speed once the temperature is reached. This spatula got me into pouring the candy into the molds quickly. I wish I had had this spatula 30 years ago when I was making candy all the time. I started making other candies again because this spatula is so easy. An achievement that should get a gold star!
