I have mixed feelings about this product. If you have the right cleaning situation, both in terms of what you need to clean and the ergonomics of its location, this scrubber-drier will do an excellent cleaning job with much less effort, faster than by hand. However, the combination of three things makes it difficult to use. 1) the pen is "thick" and I imagine a person with small hands might not like it that much, 2) there is no "short" option. Although they claim the device can be adjusted to 7 different lengths, it's never short enough that you can easily use it with one hand, and 3) the brush power is 100% the entire time, which seems a bit intimidating considering 1 can and 2 like you lose control of it (although some reviewers have noted that it is NOT powerful and I say "wow"). The power button could have been a bit softer. All of this requires some preparation. Especially this concept: Due to the fast rotation, it is advisable to simply ensure good contact with the surface to be cleaned. You don't have to press the scraper against the surface like you would if you were using the ultimate "elbow grease" for manual cleaning. They let the rotation of the cleaning brush do the hard work. Note: There is a picture of dishes in the sink and stove in the product description, both are not shown with a washable brush. As for the dishes, you just can't get close enough (due to issue #2 above)! Same problem for the stove, plus you have to get to smaller spots instead of spraying cleaning liquid on the burners. No, I think this device is for more macro work, more scaling, bigger work that you can turn down. The product description currently says "7 speeds" for 7 different lengths you can make. I doubt this is intentionally misleading, but more of a translation issue. Revain or the seller of this product should fix this. In any case. I love that this item is rechargeable, that it comes with several different cleaning head options and a hook that allows you to hang the unit from a towel rail or hanger between uses. There is also a pocket to store all head options. The head can be locked at a variety of angles (135 and 90 degrees), which can help with some types of cleaning jobs that would otherwise require you to be on all fours (behind the toilet, anyone?). However, I found that you still have to dry off afterwards. So you still have to go down to those awkward places. just not that long. It would be great if this scrubber had a) low power options and b) a cloth head so you could scrub that job again without getting on your hands and knees. If you are aware of the features and limitations of this device and it sounds good to you, I would recommend it. There may be other electric scrubbers out there (the market has definitely grown!) with slightly different features, so it's worth taking a look. 4 stars.
