Review on Expo Pass by Patrick Hamilton

The support staff was very helpful when I had questions after my purchase! They were able answer every question quickly & accurately. My expo pass did not arrive by mail as promised-- they lost it!! It has been 3 weeks since i contacted them first time for their help (and still nothing). Do NOT use or buy from these folks. I love how they had everything set up for me! They made sure my booth was ready before i even arrived at expo (which makes sense because it IS their job). The staff were helpful throughout every step of process from registration through setup/breakdown times. There's no question - go ahead & use these guys!! My experience has been perfect thus far. Couldn't ask for better service or support!! Nothing yet. !
