Review on Rainmae by Fahmi Manna

Although at first glance Rainmae appears to be a one-stop-shop for all your cooking requirements, it ultimately falls short. Although they offer a large variety of products, the quality is lacking. In particular, I was dissatisfied with their selection of bakeware. The products feel and look cheap, and they don't measure up to the quality of other available choices. And the quality of their customer service is so low that I won't even bother mentioning it. Good luck finding assistance or support if there's an issue with your order. Really, it's a shame because Rainmae has the makings of a fantastic home improvement shop. I can't recommend them to anyone until they fix the problems with the quality of their items and the helpfulness of their customer support. Better quality products and customer service are available at a variety of other local kitchen retailers. Meanwhile, I wouldn't recommend it as a source for new cookware and tableware. You deserve better than mediocre goods and service, therefore don't accept anything less.
