The glass set came ready to use with glue and button installed. This is a big plus. Grab a set of tools (the one that came with the kit works). It took about 30 minutes. The hardest part is removing the old broken screen. Use packaging tape to fix broken glass before removing it. This keeps it sticky. Heat with a good hair dryer on high power and keep hot. Just use the minimum blade usage as directed by YouTube and you'll be fine. Be sure to remove all of the old tape from the iPad's aluminum frame, or you may have trouble fitting the new glass into the frame properly. Have patience and work in a clean place and you will be fine. I have used Repair Parts Plus before and all repairs have been successful!
