The best bleach I've ever tried. My daughter just paid a lot of money for an in-office whitening at her dentist and my teeth are as white as they have been in just 3 weeks using twice a week. I apply the product directly to the teeth using the applicator, spreading it evenly over each tooth and then recommending using the tooth molds provided to keep the product on the teeth. Leave the product on for 5 minutes to start, then increase to 30 minutes if you can tolerate mild discomfort. To avoid burning or irritation of the gums and soft tissues, I rinse my mouth out with some water and grind my teeth immediately after both molds are in place. This will remove excess product to avoid soft tissue irritation. Peroxide is a strong dental office cleaner so my teeth are sensitive for about 24 hours but this product whitens significantly. I paid $$ for the peroxide the dentist sold me for home use but after 4 tubes my teeth were only slightly whiter. In just 3 weeks of using this product, my teeth were white as a movie star!
