Can't say for sure...

I got this for my SUP pump which only has a cigarette lighter plug but does not power the pump. I wanted to be able to upgrade items on the dock. I don't know if it's a plug or an adapter. The pump works with the boat's cigarette lighter but not with this adapter. Otherwise I don't need it.
