Not leakproof. The best thing about tools and accessories
The only nice thing about these jars is the jar itself, which feels like durable acrylic. The lid is complete junk, just a thin piece of plastic. However, these jars are not airtight. They may be ok if you use them to store very thick creams or other things that don't contain liquid. I was planning on using them as plastic storage for fishing lures. Before attempting this (in case they leaked), I filled a jar with water, sealed it and left it on a dry paper towel. Leave it alone for about 10 minutes, noting that the paper towel was damp.
