I switched from a minimalist wallet (Slimmy) to a much thicker wallet for a few years just because my old wallet was wearing out and I wanted spare change. I liked the minimalist approach, but it was nice to move to this more spacious property. I especially like that this purse has two zippered compartments. I use one for credit cards, debit cards which I normally use, and folded bills, and the other for insurance cards and driver's licenses. I like that my cards and money are secured with zips (unlike my old wallet) and that there is enough room to stash things before I find the best spot for them - coupons, receipts and whatnot. The thickness of the wallet takes a little getting used to. It fits in the front pocket of your jeans, but only if you have decent sized pockets. When I bought the wallet the size was negative. But it occurred to me that I would probably wear a pocketed jacket or coat for three quarters of the year: these are the garments I should plan my accessories around. And when it's too hot for a jacket, carrying a wallet in your pocket or stashing it isn't much of a burden. So I was happy with this wallet. (I can't comment on the effectiveness of the RFID protection. However, I haven't had any problems.)
