Nice bow tie but poorly executed.
It would be five stars but it has a faux collar (like a button down shirt). I didn't know what it was before I bought it as it's not in the picture. Also, the harness was too big for my dog and his neck is about 10 inches in diameter. The straps have Velcro which makes tying difficult.
