This product has actually met and even exceeded all expectations. When my surge protector blew, I didn't just look for another regular surge protector, I looked for another with a USB connector and it may have been a glitch. Most tech stores only had the one you plug into, not the enhanced version, and most of them only had 2 USB ports on the product. Then I saw this product. Not only did it have 4 USB ports, it even matched my dresser lol. When it arrived it was well packaged in a box that held the product in place for transport. It also included instructions, warnings, and tips. It was exactly as described in the specifications. One thing I don't recall mentioning is that each section has its own power button making it independent of the power source for the next. So I can use section 1 and 2 or I can use section 2 and 3 or just 3. Very diverse. Plus, its tower design lets you place the product in the middle of all your electronics and connect multiple devices to it without running cables in the way. The only downside to this device is that I wish it didn't have to rotate the device to unplug the cord. Thus, the cord is wrapped around the turret, and in order to retract or extend it, the entire turret must be rotated. Now that you've got all the cables connected, rotating the turret can be quite awkward, so you may have to raise it to get recoil or cable extension. Other than that, this is a great product. Works great.
