Really great for at-home workouts
I was initially on the fence about this set because the tension on these is way too tight for me to lift them over my head when attached to the pole and the ankle/foot straps and as a reference I'm 5'5. But once I started using these with the door anchor, I genuinely like them. I also like that they came with a tip sheet featuring exercises to target specific areas on the body. Now I'm obsessed and I like that they're travel friendly.

- The three piece bar does not screw on all the way. It also took way longer for this item to arrive.
