Poor quality product

I let the CD run for a few minutes (sound quality was pretty decent) before trying other modes to see if they worked. They worked fine, but when I switched back to CD mode, the CD never played again. I've tried turning the power off and on again, but that didn't work. The plastic material felt cheap - not strong at all. The reviews for this product seemed to be 50/50 but I still took a chance. I lost on this product.
