Review on Logitech K750 Mac Wireless Solar Keyboard πŸ’» - Silver | 2.4GHz Wireless, Solar Recharging, Mac-Compatible by Chong Wong

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

In everyday life, using this keyboard is quite comfortable, from the point of view of ergonomics, everything is fine, but for me the enter key is too small. Marked gloss, hello dust and prints. The disassembly of the keyboard is either not provided by the manufacturer, or it is non-trivial, so an accidental spill will most likely send it to the trash, so beer drinkers at the computer pass by this keyboard. My son spilled some juice on the digital block, a couple of keys started to stick, I had to remove them for washing. They are removed in the same way as on laptops, the design is quite flimsy, and you can break it, especially if you apply force from the wrong side. We must immediately clarify the moment regarding solar panels: this keyboard does not work from them, but from a built-in battery, solar panels are used to recharge it. Buying a battery in the event of a failure just won’t work, you’ll have to search well, or, as an option, order it in advance. With poor lighting and active use, the battery will lose about 10% of its charge by the evening. I have a lamp on a clothespin next to the monitor, I turn it on for an hour in the evening, this is enough to keep the charge in the range of 95-99%. Alternatively, you can leave it on the windowsill before leaving for work, but for me it’s troublesome, and in cloudy weather it will be slow to charge. Three months later, the left plastic stop broke while typing, and one rubber backing also fell off. To be honest, I did not expect such a quality of workmanship from a keyboard for 3000.

Pros
  • Design, comfortable keys, weighty, stable on the table.
Cons
  • Non-separable, non-standard battery
