Comfortable but both soles came off after 6 months of infrequent use

These shoes were very comfortable. I wore them for walks and general use; I've never run since I was 70 years old. I probably used them less than 10 times a month for 6 months (max 60 days). And both soles came off the bottom of the shoe. Now they are completely unusable after minimal use. Big waste of money as they cost me $29!
