The iPhone was delivered to a facility that specializes in Apple products; however, diagnostic testing revealed that the gadget was utterly unfit for repair in any way. My question is directed toward Apple: why do they choose to deceive customers on purpose? To construct a phone that is watertight while at the same time stipulating that its resistance to the entry of moisture is not guaranteed is, in my view, an extremely dishonest move.
