I ordered this to attach to a car seat for a small person who doesn't like car rides, especially at night. I am very impressed with the quality of this device! It's nice - not cheap - and it has a few features that won me over. The smartest thing, in my opinion, is the lock feature. I can set any tone and volume I want, flip it to lock and then it doesn't matter what buttons my kid presses, even the power button, it doesn't change anything. It also remembers the settings from the last power on. The light is soft enough to turn on like a small night light or flashlight without being harsh or intimidating. The little antennae that allow you to attach it to a crib, stroller, or car seat (or whatever) hold tight so I'm not worried about it falling on my baby. The sound quality of some nature sounds gets a bit raspy at maximum volume, but the piano music is beautiful and of great quality. At a lower volume (which is what I'll be using most of the time) this isn't a problem. The BEST part is how much my little one loves him and that I can feel safe letting him run and play with him. or keep it when we're in the car! Yes, it's a little pricey for such a small piece, but I think it's worth it for what you get.
