They work smoothly, there is a women's calendar, measurements of oxygen levels in the blood, and you can answer an incoming call, so I think they're a great choice for both training and daily use. The watch is comfortable, the hand does not sweat, the weight is minimal, the screen is large but not excessively so, the menu is convenient and understandable, and they're easy to navigate. Overall, I did find some benefits, so I would suggest giving it a try.
