Handle installed backwards. Bought it in December 2020 and haven't looked at it since. I just assumed the handle was like that for transport and flipped easily. One star because it seems like this is a common problem, there are no instructions and messing around with a very strong spring compressing the steel seems like a bad idea. The whole idea behind this was to be more eco-friendly and buy less stuff, so throwing it in the trash and getting replacements isn't really ideal. The other reason I got this was because I wanted things I could fix. It doesn't look like I've ever pulled a bolt out of this thing. So I can't fix it and assembled it wrong. I hope I'm wrong on both counts because it doesn't inspire confidence if you can't teach people how to properly install your product. This isn't a cell phone. This is a mop handle. Sorry to be sarcastic but this is obviously a product for dedicated and passionate people who want to show off the companies that are still making these one off products.
