Talk moto on YouTube has a video on how to hook them up, but I'll summarize as best I can. There are 5 wires on the back. Thin red, thin black, short thick black, black with yellow stripe. And a green ground wire. The thin black wire and ground must be connected to minus. The thin red wire and the thicker short black wire should be positive. This leaves a black wire with a yellow stripe. Connect it to the ignition wire BEFORE the coil. Thin wires lead the light inside. And the remaining 3 feed the sensor inside. That's why you can twist them together like above. It worked for me immediately, I connected it like this
