Review on 🚰 iSpring WGB32BM Replacement Filter for F3WGB32BM by Kenneth Witte

Our water had a specific odor that was completely removed. It takes the smell out for 5 months so I now change the charcoal filter every 4 months. I did an extensive water analysis and, given our iron levels, water usage rate and filter data, decided that an iron cartridge should suffice. a year and it worked. Before this iron filter I had to treat the water heater every 2-3 months to get rid of iron bacteria but with this iron filter it lasted a year without hydrogen peroxide treatment. Our system had a pre-filter which is in the top right of the picture and now I load it with the highest micron rating I can find as this filter has a sediment filter. I looked at the Pelican carbon filter water and it was a lot more expensive and you had to take it outside and put it back in to change the media, but the iSpring is just a replacement cartridge. I'm giving the setup 4 stars because this exchange can spill a lot of water even if you're careful so it can get a little messy. I guess the cartridge is a bit more expensive than Pelican water but I don't have to take the entire system outside like a Pelican carbon water filter requires.
