These are amazing! I love making macarons and anyone who has ever made some knows how important it is to keep the shape consistent for each shell. Unless you have a super steady hand, who can really free-hand perfect circles every time? These have made making macarons so much easier. I also bought the larger version that fits the wilton mega pans to make way more macarons. AND these are not just for macarons. When not baking, I use them daily to grill my vegetables or proteins in the oven instead of using parchment paper. The best is how easy it is to clean them. Just run them under hot water and scrub gently with some soap. Nothing sticks to them!
