This chair is way better than expected. It beats its weight class, especially for the price. The fabric of the chair is soft, the foam underneath and in the cushions is supportive but not stiff. The tilt feature is more useful than I expected and I found it very handy. My only issues with the chair are that the armrests wobble, the adjustment pump is a little inconsistent, and the hardware in the instructions is difficult to understand. If you bought it and are wondering where the 16 screws and 8 washers are, they are on the underside of the plate that connects the base to the variable displacement pump. I hope this helps and you won't regret buying this chair.
