This shampoo is fantastic! I think the bad reviews are from people using it on dark hair. I read the reviews, looked at the photos and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. I have relatively light blonde hair, but it's very thin, so my hairstylist doesn't want to use high-volume bleach for fear it might do too much damage. This shampoo turned my blonde hair almost platinum which is exactly what I was looking for. I left it on for about 2 minutes. The roots have turned a little purple, so next time I'll probably only lighten the tips. It worked so well that even my hairdresser wants that name! If you want a platinum blonde or a lighter gray, buy this. Read the instructions and you won't go wrong. The best purple shampoo I have ever used and tried A LOT. Cruelty free and sulfite free.
