I have a silicone muffin tin that I love so I decided to try the silicone muffin tin. I love that you don't have to use insoles and it's still easy to clean. So far we've baked cornbread (usually in a cast iron skillet) and egg omelettes. I've been making mini muffin omelettes for years. It's so easy to just add everything to your omelet without having to cook each one individually. The difference is that I don't have to use the ear tips and they pop out so easily. This is a much faster process. Haven't tried the muffins or cupcakes yet but will.
