Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Hello, I ordered a graphic board in December. The tablet stopped feeling pen touches. I tried to go into the driver settings and change the settings. Changed the tip on the pen. However, it still doesn't work. The board itself works, it is possible to change the scale, etc. . What can be done? How to be? Is it possible to change the pen?
