This is a beautiful lamp. Unfortunately mine came without what I'm guessing a bag of gear. Luckily I was in the process of replacing the lights so I had pretty much everything I needed and just about made do with the rest. Hope it doesn't fall apart. A few tips: The threads on the extensions are just inserts. Unscrew and remove them or you'll have a heck of a time pulling wires. Also check the angle of the thread on the base. If you have a vaulted ceiling you may need to use a wrench and twist, otherwise you will need to install a bracket that attaches to the ceiling box at an odd angle.
